At Dizl FX, we are committed to providing high-quality forex trading signals to help our members make informed trading decisions. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before subscribing to our services.

General Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on standard memberships, including any subscription fees paid for our free or basic signal services.

  • Refund requests based on personal trading performance, emotional decisions, or failure to follow signals correctly will not be accepted.

Premium Signals Refund Guarantee

For members subscribed to our Premium Signals, we offer a Profit Guarantee to ensure you receive value from our service. This means:

  • If a full calendar month of premium signals results in an overall net loss (as calculated based on our provided signals), you are eligible for a refund of that month’s subscription fee. From 1st – end of the calendar month.

  • Refunds have to be submitted within 7 days of the month ending that wasn’t profitable, before the 8th of the next calendar month.

  • Refunds apply only to months where the official Dizl FX signal results indicate a net loss, not based on individual trading decisions or personal modifications.

  • Any refund granted will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under our Profit Guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@dizlfx.co.uk with your refund request.

  2. Include your full name, email address, and proof of your active premium subscription.

  3. Our team will verify your claim based on the official trading results for that month.

  4. Once verified, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds do not apply if you failed to follow the provided signals accurately or if you traded outside of our recommendations.

  • Any disputes regarding refunds must be addressed directly with Dizl FX and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
